Return & Refund Policy – Plyskate

At Plyskate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Standard Returns

You have the right to return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The product must be returned in its original packaging if possible

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Custom Orders

Please note: custom orders and personalized fingerboards cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes any deck that is made to your specifications, colors, or designs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
