Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns and Refunds

Customers in the European Union have the right to return non-custom products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
