All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Plyskate is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
